Lindsay Lohan and ugly betty

27/11/07- The ‘Mean Girls’ star Lindsay Lohan is desperate to guest star in ‘Ugly Betty’, hence she is eagerly waiting for the writers’ strike to get eventually settled and to appear on the show.

According to the 22-year-old actress’ publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, the ‘Mean Girls’ star is looking forward to be a part of this hit TV shows. New York post quoted Sloane Zelnik, saying about Lohan as, “She is totally looking forward to it”.

Leslie Sloane Zelnik also said that Lindsay Lohan loves the show. She added that Lohan was very happy that there was interest from the show towards her. “She loves the show,” Leslie Sloane Zelnik said about Lindsay Lohan’s interest towards the show. She also added “Lindsay was flattered there was interest in her from the show. They talked character points and she loved [the character]," she added. (ANI)

Even though there is not any official dealing done until now, the sources have revealed that Lindsay Lohan had been in the talks with ABC. She is to appear on the ‘Betty’ as a restaurant employee befriended by Betty, and played by America Ferrera.

Unfortunately the proceedings of the TV show could not go on as it was hit by the strike by then. So Lindsay Lohan would have to wait a bit to be a part of the show.
