Lindsay Lohan- out from the rehab lets party

19/7/07- Lindsay Lohan may be out of rehab but the drama surrounding the actress remains. Lindsay Lohan has checked out of a Malibu rehab center after a stay of more than six weeks. Lohan will voluntarily wear an alcohol-detecting ankle bracelet as part of an intensive outpatient program, said her publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnik.

Lohan, who celebrates her 21st birthday on July 2, was released from Promises rehab facility over the weekend and was spotted socializing almost immediately. On Saturday, she was reportedly seen partying at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas with several friends. Her publicist announced to the media that "She's doing great and she is working hard on her sobriety and we are all supporting her."

While Lindsay continues to walk a fine line, her lawyer is unimpressed with reports surrounding the car accident that sent her to rehab. The star crashed her Mercedes into a tree on May 26 and left for rehab just days after. It is said that she was as twice over the legal drinking limit and had cocaine in her blood during the incident. The lawyer told the New York Daily News newspaper, "This is an ongoing investigation. It is shameful that law enforcement would be selling stories, let alone unverified ones."

Her outpatient program includes going to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, taking daily tests and receiving therapy
